用于生化、免疫，血清等臨床醫(yī)學(xué)檢驗(yàn)中獲得高品質(zhì)血清樣本，血清分離膠是一種由數(shù)種化合物所組成之半固體惰性膠，該分離膠全部采用醫(yī)用高分子材料組成，具有良好的觸變性和耐熱性，可避免高溫分解和小分子物質(zhì)析出，從而極大的降低了堵塞檢驗(yàn)儀器管道的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)  采血離心后，將分離成血清(上層)，血清分離膠(中層)及血球(下層)，試管中間厚厚一層血清分離膠能完全隔離血清及血球，讓血球無(wú)法按觸到血清，從而保證了血清的純凈度。

操作時(shí)血液采集到分離膠試管后，立即輕輕地反復(fù)顛倒5-8次(使血液與促凝劑充分混勻)，待血液完全凝固后，(一般約15-30分鐘左右)將分離膠管置于離心機(jī)內(nèi)，離心轉(zhuǎn)速保證在3000-3800rpm/min.離心10-15分鐘，即可獲得理想的血清，并可將此管直接置入自動(dòng)生化儀內(nèi)，進(jìn)行生化檢測(cè)。

Instructions for use:

I Invert tube 5-8times to make the blood and additive mix totally after collection

②Maintain the tube for 15-30 minutes after collection to make the blood clot.

3 Centrifuge with and rpm 3000-3800/min for 8-l0 minutes

④ The serum obtained should be transferred to another container within 2 hours after blood collection.

5 Place the tube in automatic biochemical analyzer for biochemistry testing.
